One of my all time favorite salads would have to be a simple citrus kale salad!
Here, I seasoned the kale with olive oil, a grated garlic, salt and chilli flakes then massaged it and let it rest for 5 minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients.
After letting the kale rest, I added butter beans, oranges, black raisins and walnuts and gave it all a gentle toss. I usually don’t bother adding any dressing to this since the juices from the oranges mix into the kale seasoning and make it taste perfect.
Sometimes we eat this salad for dinner and sometimes I make it as a side salad.
