Most times when making Ash Reshteh (Persian Noodle Stew/Soup), I tend to make a lot! And when I mean a lot, I mean enough for a few days lol
I pack them in about 2 to 3 large Tupperware boxes and store it in the freezer. Then when we’re in the mood for some Ash Reshteh, I just let it thaw on the counter before warming it up and serving it as is.
