Cast Iron Skillet Cranberry Cobbler
One of my family’s favorites! Perfect served warm with a nice big scoop of vanilla ice cream but most times we just eat it as it is with a cup of tea or coffee.
I love making these in my cast iron skillet because it just does something magical to the texture. lecreuset
I’ve made cobblers with berries other than cranberries and they’re all delicious. But it always seems to come down to these two, Cranberry or Blueberry. My husbands favorite is the blueberry one which I’ve posted on the second slide.
